International Experience Racism

Question: Discuss about the International Experiencefor Racism. Answer: Effect of Stereotyping, Racism, national Identities in the Intercultural Communication of People Stereotyping and national identities are often responsible for the communication between people of diverse cultural backgrounds. The national character stereotypes are mono dimensional and are not inflected by the national identities of the individuals. It can be said that national identities and the gender stereotyping create a little impact in the intercultural communication of people from various cultural backgrounds. The ways of expressing of different situations are different among the cultures. However, for communication, all the people can communicate easily if the language is not a constraint for the intercultural communication. The clash of races is present since from ancient eras. In the period of British colonialism in different countries, racial biasness is present between the whites and the blacks. Apart from that, the social relations under the colonialism are very much gender specific which are responsible for sexual exploitation. Although it can be said that the difference between the races as per the biological natures are vague, however it is responsible for creating a deep impact on shaping the social relations based on the post colonial world. The intercultural communication between the people of different cultural backgrounds is not appreciated in forms of the society as per the human rights. All humans are the same. They must have the equal rights for the basic amenities of the country. Hence, it is the basic right of the human irrespective of all caste and creed should be same. I have seen in many organizations where there are fair policies of inclusion and diversity that promotes intercultural communication.
